Shipping Information:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by location and carrier conditions. Depending on your location expect your arrival of product to be 3-7 days once order is placed.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly first. If further assistance is needed, you may then contact us. If tracking information confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. Customers are responsible for contacting USPS to investigate delivery issues.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products, whether opened or unopened, under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and consumer safety reasons, returns are not permitted on any purchases made through this site.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed.
